At Reevix, we stand behind our products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through our platform, processed via Paddle.

2. Money-Back Guarantee

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

3.1 Subscription Plans

  • Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase
  • Refunds are not available for renewal periods after the initial 30 days
  • Refunds are prorated based on unused time if requested after the first 30 days but within the first billing period

3.2 One-Time Purchases

  • One-time purchases are eligible for refunds within 30 days of purchase
  • Refunds are not available for digital products after 30 days

3.3 Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom development services
  • Professional services and consulting
  • Third-party add-ons or integrations purchased separately
  • Services used beyond the refund period

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Log into your Reevix account dashboard
  2. Navigate to the "Purchase History" or "Billing" section
  3. Select the subscription or purchase you wish to refund
  4. Click "Request Refund" and provide a reason
  5. Alternatively, contact our support team at refunds@reevix.com

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days for approval, additional 3-5 business days for funds to appear in your account
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current billing period. You retain access until the end of your paid period.

Refund

A refund returns your payment and immediately terminates your access to the service.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company, your account will be immediately suspended. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues, as chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

8. Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our services, please contact support first. We will work to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, a refund may be issued.

Duplicate Charges

If you are charged multiple times for the same service, contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a full refund for duplicate charges.
